Study On The Institutional Mechanism Of Green Technology Integrated Into New Urbanization

With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive strength, the development of China’s urbanization has also been significantly improved, thus enhancing its strategic position of the social development. Although urbanization mention a comprehensive, sustainable and coordination of development, but there are still a lot of problems. Along with the continuous pace of progress in human history, science and technology has been rapid development, which provides more convenience for human life, people are beginning to realize and change nature by science and technology. Science and technology produced in practice of the human, embodies the essence of humanity, at the same time, science and technology is a weapon which help human to transform the natural environment, thus creating many unimaginable miracle in practice. In order to actively and steadily promote the development and construction of new urbanization, first of all, we need to explore how we can use green technology and sustainable to promote sustainable development of new urbanization, while we should clearly the new urbanization demands for science and technology, then clarify the key science and technology of urbanization development and strategic path which green technology into the institutional mechanisms of new urbanization, effectively play the role of science and technology to guide and support the development of new urbanization.Theoretical structure and ideas of this paper are:First, describes the background, current research of domestic and foreign, purpose and significance of research. Second, reference the development process of urbanization from abroad to reflect the development of China’s urbanization, build a scientific and practical theoretical framework of new urbanization. Then through review the understanding of green technology promote the development of urbanization, analysis the issues which faced in the process of the development of urbanization; While review the development process of urbanization in China, and pointed out current problem which faced in the process of the development of China’s new urbanization. Finally, this paper focuses on policy recommendations which effectively promote green technology into the new urbanization, in order to promote the construction and development of the new urbanization.
