Research On Green Urbanization In Urban Eco-functional Areas

Zhangjiakou area is an important ecological function area in Beijing,which has the functions of resisting sand source,storing water source and supplying fresh air for the capital.Taking Zhangjiakou City in Hebei Province as an example,this paper discusses the development of green urbanization in urban ecological function areas.Green urbanization is an important part of green development system and green modernization,and an important aspect of coordinating the contradiction between economic and social development and ecological environment protection in ecological function areas.Urbanization,as an important indicator to measure the level of modernization in a region,is the main driving force of economic and social development.Zhangjiakou City,as the water conservation area and ecological environment support area of Beijing,is always facing multiple problems and challenges such as poverty and ecological fragility in some regional economies while undertaking economic and social development and hosting the International Winter Olympic Games.Faced with new opportunities and challenges,Zhangjiakou city also pays more attention to green development and ecological civilization construction.Under the background of the goal of building a world-class harmonious and livable city in Beijing,a world-class urban agglomeration and a modern capital circle in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,Zhangjiakou City,as an integral part of the capital’s ecological circle,how to continuously solve the dual challenges of poverty and ecological fragility through green urbanization,green modernization and ecological compensation,and how to meet the environmental requirements of the International Winter Olympic Games and to reach the world level This study has important theoretical and practical significance to show the new features of China’s precise poverty alleviation,comprehensive well-off,and ecologically strong cities.Firstly,this paper combs the related concepts and theories of green urbanization,and then,on the basis of analyzing the current situation of ecological construction and urbanization in Zhangjiakou,refers to the previous research experience and the actual development of Zhangjiakou,and focuses on the connotation of "green town system" in the "five green development systems" recently proposed by Zhangjiakou,establishes green urbanization.The evaluation index system determines the evaluation criteria and compares the development of green urbanization in Zhangjiakou City vertically and horizontally.The research shows that the economic development of Zhangjiakou is not vigorous enough,the ecological construction and environmental protection need to be strengthened,and the people’s livelihood security level still needs to be improved.In view of the problems existing in the process of green urbanization in Zhangjiakou City,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: first,to build a green industry system to promote economic development;second,to strengthen ecological construction and promote green development;third,to enhance public service level and promote people’s livelihood;fourth,to improve the construction of green cities and towns and enhance the level of comprehensive development of cities and towns.Starting from the national level,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of green urbanization in eco-functional areas: giving priority to ecology and promoting green development;giving full play to the advantages of the government and market forces,improving the ecological compensation mechanism;and combining their own advantages,promoting comprehensive development.
