Faced with fierce market competition and variable external environment, enterprises in the initiative change the way of positive change in the existing management, the ability to build a team of middle managers has become increasingly demanding, training and development team with the ability to become many companies the first thing to consider. However, China’s enterprises middle management level with the team leaders, compared with foreign, have a clear distance. In the enterprises, mid-level managers who do the management is to build a team, build the team is to bring people, managers who need to understand is how to treat employees care, how to do frank with a member of the team, and let the staff experience the taste of equality, more likely to play everyone’s potential and creativity; At the same time,managers should keep a sense of equality with employees,and be possible to form a real team cohesion; Secondly, as a corporate middle managers have a self-responsibility, future career appreciation for the team members to achieve corporate goals. Middle managers with a team of research and analysis, is not only to improve the overall level of the enterprise, but also to provide a reference for corporate middle managers overall capacity.Currently, the theoretical studies on the ability of the companies with a team of middle managers is not almost formal, suggested that this paper and the review of researches on the theory as a starting point, from previous studies summarized in the ability of the constituent elements with the team, integrated correlation theory describes the research foundation of this article, which summarizes the components of corporate middle managers with the ability of the team, the concept of capacity, with the ability to do a team concept to define, from a theoretical point of view gives a professional team with the ability to study this article the concept and the basis for a lot of reading research literature and publications on, summed up the ranks of middle managers with business factors, In the middle course of the relevant team managers with the ability to find the influencing factors, we found that the ability to lead a team is a systematic project, the enterprise needs to consider their superiors, subordinates and members of the middle managers themselves, these three aspects need to cooperate create synergy.
