Nowadays, under the severe situation of the rapid fall of international oil prices, overseas energy investment projects are gradually shrinking. Some of them are delayed to start and some of them are long-stalled even directly closed. At the same time, since eight regulations from the Party Central Committee came into effect, the political environment has changed and the political style has significantly improved, which lead to the benefit declination and sharp decrease of guest flow on international tourism inspection, business reception, public-fund consumption of hotel. Company YG, whose main businesses are logistics, hotel and tourism, as a domestic comprehensive international service company subordinated to an energy group co., LTD., suffered from great impact and enormous bad influence which lead to the pressure of the whole operation benefit that plays a direct role in the process of its sustainable development.Firstly, this article has carried on the brief explanation to the performance management theory, detailed the analysis of the balanced scorecard theory and expounded the concept, content, characteristics, key indicator design process and application steps of balanced scorecard. Secondly, this article introduces the basic situation of Company YG, analyzing the performance management status, tracing the main problems during the process of performance management and putting forward to using the balanced scorecard to solve the problems. The performance evaluation system established by balanced scorecard is consistent with the strategic target of Company YG, which fully stimulates the working enthusiasm of its staff and ensures employee working goals to be coordinated with the strategic target of enterprise, so as to enhance core competitiveness of enterprises and achieve healthy and sustainable development. At the meanwhile, this article also provides a strong practical significance to implement the balanced scorecard for other logistics companies in the industry.
