In today's society,the competition of enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,how to improve the level of enterprise management and enhance the competitiveness is a question worth pondering in every enterprise.For LD Petrochemical Company,in order to achieve the enterprise goal and gain the advantage position in the competitive market,it is necessary to have a set of practical performance management tools,and the balanced scorecard can precisely meet the effective evaluation of enterprise performance.Since it was introduced into China,it has been concerned by many enterprises in China.This paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,the research content and methods of the paper;the second part expounds the theoretical basis of this paper,mainly including the relevant theory of performance management and the relevant theory of balanced scorecard;The third part studies the LD company's performance appraisal present situation and the existence question,first introduces the LD company basic situation,including the company organization structure and the human resources constitution situation,then carries on the analysis to the LD company performance management present situation,summarizes the LD company present stage performance management existence main question,and to its question The fourth part is the system design of balanced scorecard,through the use of SWOT analysis to analyze the strategic environment of enterprises,and then understand the advantages and disadvantages of LD internal environment,opportunities and threats of the external environment,so as to draw a strategic map,and then decompose the strategic objectives.Fifth part studies the application and safeguard measures of balanced scorecard in LD company,the sixth part is the conclusion and prospect,the whole article is summarized and prospected.This paper takes LD company as the research object,adopts the analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,analyzes the present situation of LD company's performance management,and puts forward the scheme of introducing balanced scorecard,which can improve the level of LD company's performance management and promote the growth and development of enterprises.This paper provides a guiding idea for enterprises that have not yet established and are establishing balanced scorecard.
