| With the rapidly development of the world economics, more and more changes are occurring through the world in the area of society and the global economic. The demand of people is also changing with the change of the whole environment while the demand of the service level for people is rising. There are challenges brought by the changes and it is becoming more and more important to improve the operation efficiency, to enhance the customer satisfaction and to reduce the operating costs. As the most important section of the economic development, logistics is a system which controls the raw materials, finished productions and all the information in it. The starting point is the supplying of the raw materials, and the final point is the goods transferred to the customers. The whole process belongs to the logistic system, and means of achieving an organization’s goals. It’s very important to deeply develop the logistic system to improve the operation efficiency of the whole society, and it could make great efforts on the increase of the customer satisfaction so that the organizations could achieve their own goals. Beijing Municipal Lighting Management Center(BMLMC) belongs to "The Beijing municipal commission of urban appearance management" and it has enterprise management system. It is mainly responsible for Beijing city municipal road street district six relevant design, planning, operation, construction, maintenance and emergency of strategic materials reserves and such routine work in the management, but also for the ten suburbs (county) street lamp equipment statistical work and technical guidance. This paper takes the BMLMC as the case, concludes the theory of the supply chain, theory of the purchasing process, theory of supplier selection evaluation, combing with the model of purchasing process and supplier selection and evaluation to analysis the problems of the BMLMC, then give some advices to improve the whole material supply system through the change of the opinion. |
