Research On Grid Material Supplier Evaluation And Selection Considering The Logistics Distribution

In recent years, with the deepening of the reforming in electric power system the power supply enterprises aim at strengthening the electric material management Since the supplier management is the core content of material management, the power supply enterprise regards the choice of supplier directly relating to the surviva and development of the power supply enterprise, as well as relating to the safety reliability and stablity of electrical energy. It has important significance for the power supply enterprise to guarantee social demand, national economy and the people’s livelihood. At the same time, it improves the core competitive power for power supply enterprise and helps a lot to study and choose the method of supplie(/) evaluation.This paper followed the scientific ideas and principles, through the study o existing supplier evaluation review and supplier management problems in power supply industry. It considered the characteristics of competitive environment and material suppliers on the based on the comprehensive of the existing research. I established a set of index system of supplier delivery qualification, supplier produc quality, delivery capacity of suppliers and distribution capacity for sustainable development, and set these as the distribution supplier evaluation index for powe grid enterprise suppliers. After comparing the applicability of supplier supplie qualification, supplier product, business ability and development ability evaluatioi model as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the methods, a more suitable model for power supply enterprise to select power material supplier was designed Finally, the paper applied the model and index system to Beijing Electric Powe Company, and further demonstrated the greatly practical effect of the model and index system for the power supply enterprise to select power material supplier in ou country.
