In our country rural economic and social development, farmers’ professional co-operatives become guide peasants to increase income, education of farmers, prosperous village culture, effective organization carrier between the government and farmers. Including the farmers’ professional cooperatives law of the People’s Republic of China, a series of laws and regulations have implemented several years in China, and at the same time, the farmers’ professional co-operatives got great development.
