Research On Cost Management For Logistics Outsourcing Project

Since the 1990s, with the rapid and stable development of China’s logistics industry, logistics outsourcing became the best choice for many companies for saving costs and increasing profits. By outsourcing projects enterprise can pool their resources and run their own business advantages, break through the constraints of internal resources, make full use of the advantages of contracting business resources and capabilities to enhance their core competitiveness of enterprises. But there are a lot of very practical problems in the specific implementation process of outsourcing, one of the important issues is the question of cost accounting. Based on this background, this paper study on logistics outsourcing project cost management, and it has an important significance to reduce logistics costs and promote logistics service outsourcing.Logistics outsourcing is a long-standing, strategy, mutual penetration, and mutually beneficial way of third-party service commission and contract execution, in the division of refinement market, especially the area of the Internet economy, logistics outsourcing has become a trend. The cost of enterprise outsourcing management related to the establishment of corporate cost-competitive in the modern economic management, logistics outsourcing project influence all decisions of the enterprise. Outsourcing project costs incurred sources involves many aspects. There are many difficulties on comprehensive statistics itself. In China, logistics outsourcing project cost measurement system has not been established, the study of logistics outsourcing project cost management is not yet mature. In order to reduce the cost of logistics projects to improve economic efficiency further, this paper studied the cost of logistics outsourcing project management, the author read and analyzed relevant literature retrieval project management theory, outsourcing management, cost management theory and enterprise core competitiveness of monographs, journals, papers and other literature screening, summarized the research status and theories of outsourcing project management, constructed the theoretical system in this article. Then the author analyzed the logistics outsourcing project cost management process including the preparation of logistics outsourcing project resource planning, logistics outsourcing project cost estimates, and project cost control, and summarizes the concept, meaning and method, established a model based on ABC. Finally the author analyzed the Senanayake logistics project management cost on the preparation of logistics outsourcing project resource planning, logistics outsourcing project cost estimates, logistics outsourcing logistics outsourcing project cost estimates and project cost control. By studying on the model, the project reduced the costs of the budget effectively, and it provides an important reference value for other logistics outsourcing project on planning and implementation.
