Logistics Cost Management Theory And Application Research

On the basis of relevant logistics cost management theories, the elements and calculation methods of enterprise logistics cost are analyzed systematically. Through comprehensively utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis, standard analysis and empirical research, using logistics cost as the main clue, relevant problems existing in enterprise logistics management are solved. The concept of logistics cost is enlarged under the thought of minimizing the total cost. The form process of logistics consumer service cost is analyzed, and through using consumer lifecycle theory and relevant methods, two theoretical models are explosively developed to evaluate logistics consumer service cost. According to the analysis of enterprise logistics outsourcing actives, total logistics outsourcing cost is divided into outsourcing entrust cost, outsourcing trade cost and outsourcing deduce cost. Based on this, the elements of outsourcing trade cost and outsourcing deduce cost and the method of calculating these are deduced. Under the condition of no exceeding self-run logistics cost, the upper limit value of logistics outsourcing entrust cost is achieved. Meanwhile, a concept of "convert unit" and its calculation are put forward to analyze express arrival distribution workload, which provides another way to calculate its outsourcing cost. According to the game relationship between logistics service level and logistics cost, the function relationship between logistics service level and logistics cost (sell revenue) are simulated by least square method. Then the balanced point between logistics service level and its cost is calculated to achieve theoretical optimal value of logistics service level, which helps to provide the decision for the business enterprise. Logistics performance evaluation index system and management workflow are constructed by SWOT-BSC integrated method technology, which can be used in the process of enterprise logistics performance management. And the integrated technology remedies the flaws of using single method, which effectively ensure the consistency and the adaptability of business strategy aim and its carry-out process.
