While providing a reference to the relationship between land and socio-economic research.To easy and intuitive research needs, in reference to the "Land Management Law" and "urban land use classification and land use planning and construction standards (GBJ137-90)" classification criteria and on the basis of land use, land use amplitude, degree of dynamic mathematical model of land use change in the study area were analyzed. Regression analysis, analysis of Guangrao County 2004--2011 correlation between land use changes and socio-economic positive effects:the results of previous studies of reference, according to local conditions, to determine the socio-economic indicators to determine the index weight using entropy method, evaluation of Guangrao County land use changes in the socio-economic effects generated positive and negative effects:With the negative socio-economic effects of land use change generated. Conclusions are as follows:(1) Guangrao 2004--2011 years, rapidly increase in urban construction land in industrial land and residential land. Increase the proportion of the three major types of land (agricultural land, construction land, other land) is the largest construction land (3.83%);(2) Guangrao 2004--2011 positive correlation between Land use changes and socio-economic development of the whole;(3)Positive social and economic effects of Guangrao County land use change:social and economic benefits rise. Negative effects:With the land use change of industrial structure inconsistent, increase the amount of crime and some other negative phenomena.Therefore, in promoting the process of urbanization should adhere to the land use structure and industrial structure adjustment and coordinated development, promoting sustainable social and economic development.
