With the increasingly intensified trend of globalization, a "flat earth" has resulted in the global distribution and flows of resources, thus giving births to an increasing number of transnational companies; consequently, efficient financial management and capital operations has become an important management subject in the processes of transnational and trans-regional operations. Foreign transnational companies have integrated the supporting services of financial businesses through the transformation of financial management, thus realizing the standardization, concentration and streamlining of service provisions; meanwhile, through the introduction of competitive mechanisms, they can realize such goals as reducing costs, creating values and elevating the service quality, thus forming a service mode of financial sharing. As an innovative management mode, since the advent of the service model of financial sharing in the American enterprises in the early 1990s, within a short time frame of merely more than 10 years, the service mode of financial sharing has been widely applied in a great multitude of European and American enterprises, especially widely practiced and applied in the Fortune 500 enterprises and they have been proven to feature substantial benefits. In our nation, the service mode of financial sharing was not introduced into the enterprises until recent years; currently, only handful giant enterprises have been trying its applications to various extents. During the process of applying such a management mode, they have encountered a series of problems pending for solutions. In our nation, the service mode of financial sharing is still at a fledgling stage and there still exist enormous gaps in various aspects. And such a lagging and shortage in development will tremendously affect our nation’s enterprises, especially the steps of the trans-regional conglomerate enterprises in their implementing the strategies of financial sharing and promoting the service mode of financial sharing. Therefore, the explorations and analysis of the problems encountered by the enterprises in their applications has become an important precondition for the normal application of the service mode of financial sharing.
