Research On The Informatization Construction Of Financial Management Of The Listed Company A In Military Aviation Industry

The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party has made the overall deployment to the deepen reform comprehensively. And the reform of State-owned Enterprises (SOE) more and more become the focus of public attention. The main direction of the reform of SOE is to transform the current SOE into the listed ones through the capital market and become the main body of the market competition with the capable of creation and submission of more profits to the State. This puts forward higher requirements on SOE, especially the Military Enterprises facing greater pressure of the reform. Therefore the Financial Department raises the guidance to develop the management of Accounting and promote the value-added creativity for each enterprise which points out the direction of the reform of financial management for the Military Enterprises.As one of the Top Ten Military Enterprises in China, Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) is also actively explore the road to adapt to the Enterprise Development Reform. For example, being the subordinate unit of AVIC, the listed company A integrates the relevant military assets into the listed company itself through capital operation and sets up branches according to the business is located. Along with the assets scale of the listed company A expands rapidly, those branches and subsidiaries have many problems in Accounting and Financial Management area which are difficult to meet the demands of the Enterprise Development Reform and the information disclosure of the listed company. Therefore it needs to improve the Financial Management through the Development Reform and Informatization Technology urgently.This article is researching the advanced experience on Enterprise Financial Informatization Management at home and abroad in combination with the current management situation of the Company. It proposes the establishment of financial management mode suitable for the listed company in aviation military industry and the informatization planning ideas. It researches systematically on how to establish the financial information system conforming to the Enterprise Development Reform and focuses on the introduction of the establishment and application of information system such as the financial integrated settlement and sharing center. It aims to summarize the experiences of the Financial Management Reform and Informatization Construction of the listed company A and meanwhile it could provide a reference for other subordinate units of AVIC and even the whole military Enterprise Development Reform nation wide.
