Case Study On CAEC Company's Financial Sharing Service Center

Five domestic aeroengine control system manufacturing company in 2010 through asset reorganization,establish CAEC after the reorganization of the listed company,five aviation engine control system manufacturer for CAEC subsidiary company level,located in five provinces and cities,five aeroengine control system consists of several molecular company manufacturing enterprises,thus CAEC become the only company set the aeroengine control system of the research and manufacture of integrated group of companies.Before the assets reorganization,they were all the modeling enterprises of traditional military industry state ownership.There were some differences in financial management mode,accounting system,accounting information system,etc.,which caused difficulties in integrating financial data,and accounting information often lagged behind in terms of effectiveness.After the completion of the asset reorganization,CAEC proposed the requirements of "unified financial management system,highly Shared financial information,set up a financial sharing center,and promote the group company BI".Since the requirements of the headquarters have not been fully realized,there are a series of drawbacks.The purpose of this paper is to base on CAEC build financial Shared services center is under the background of financial control,through the case analysis of CAEC company financial Shared services center,from the standard molecular company accounting policies,strengthen accounting supervision,improve the quality of accounting information and the transmission speed and so on aspects,combining with the development trend of domestic and foreign financial Shared services,to explore how to build a military manufacturing enterprise group financial Shared services solutions.Improve management and control capabilities,optimize management processes,improve work efficiency,save costs,enhance financial management value,and release more financial resources into the company's strategic support.And improve the timeliness and reliability of accounting information,enhance the width and depth of group control.This paper mainly adopts the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,USES the investigation method,literature research method and comprehensive analysis method,and combines with the specialized group companies like CAEC in the transformation stage to study the specific practice of financial sharing for the management of CAEC group.Based on the development trend of financial sharing service,this paper analyzes the status quo of accounting business system,obtains the advantages and operability of building financial sharing center,and explores the basic principles of building financial sharing center,key issues of overall implementation and solutions.The system of financial Shared service center is reconstructed from the aspects of system environment,standardization,business process,reporting process,etc.Through the practical application of financial Shared service center in military manufacturing enterprises,the characteristics of building financial Shared service center in this industry are highlighted.The results of organizational structure,management concept,talent team,military product pricing management,and scientific research fee management are summarized.Meanwhile,the problems faced are summarized and corresponding measures and Suggestions are put forward to provide reference and constructive significance for various military industry groups in China.At the same time,through research and continuous innovation,I hope to explore how traditional military manufacturing enterprises make use of today's rapid development of information network to improve their financial management level,and find the best combination of military manufacturing enterprises and financial services sharing and the rapid development of information.
