The in-depth development of international economic integration has made the scale of enterprises expand with the needs of business,and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.However,large enterprises are beginning to face problems such as increased operating costs,inefficient financial operations,and weakening of the management and control capabilities of the group's headquarters to subordinate companies.The development of information technology has prompted more and more large group companies to embark on the road of reform of the enterprise management model.In order to maintain the competitive edge in this transformation,enterprises urgently need innovative management concepts,and the financial sharing service model was born.This new management model not only supports online and offline simultaneous accounting,but also integrates internal management functions and unified accounting standards,and then concentrates on independent financial teams for collaborative processing.As a result,more and more companies have begun to build a financial sharing platform to promote the transformation of the financial system into intensive and operational.Of course,the efficient operation of the Financial Shared Service Center has been recognized by many companies.However,due to the late start of the reform of the domestic enterprise management model,some enterprises are still facing the problem of inefficient operation.This paper takes A Electric Appliance Co.,Ltd.,which is in the transition period of financial management mode,as a case study object to study the development process of its financial shared service system operation management.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant domestic and foreign literatures of the Financial Shared Service Center,and provides a theoretical basis for the research framework through the definition of its concept,operation mode and theoretical knowledge.Secondly,it briefly reviews the background and historical evolution of Company A's establishment of financial sharing center,and further dynamic description based on the current operational status,and draws lessons from the economic benefits it brings to the enterprise.Thirdly,through the analysis of the system,it points out the practical problems that Company A has when operating the sharing center: the large amount of time for financial personnel is used for inefficient communication,the cumbersome business processes,and the management mechanism that is difficult to implementuniformly affect the work efficiency.In addition,the problems of its existence are analyzed in depth from the four aspects of organizational structure,information system,internal process and management system,and corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.Finally,the viewpoints of this paper are elaborated,and further research on the future research of financial sharing service centers is made.This paper will use the research methods combined with literature research,field research and case analysis to propose improvements to the management problems faced by Company A when operating the financial sharing service center.At the same time,I hope that the research in this paper can provide feasible optimization strategies and theoretical support for similar enterprises to implement sharing center organizations.
