At present, the trend of economic globalization is speeding up,the competition among different countries is becoming more and more intense.As a important national Being a strategic resource for any nation on the earth, the human resources has been a driving force for economic and social development. Our country’s human resources market was established at the background of China’s reform and opening up policy.However, the human resources market in China still has a long way to go becasuse of the incompleteness of our socialist market economic system.Henceforth,these research will also be helpful for the promotion of human resources market system,on which the building of an unified and regulated human resources market can be based.This thesis comprehensively applied professional knowledge of economics,law,management science and politics.Firstly,it explained some concepts associated with human resources market,discussed operation mechanism and the relevant theories concerning human resources market’s operating system,analyzed the relationship between government and market in China’s human resources market.Secondly,it took Nanjing as an example, analyzed in detail the building of Nanjing’s human resources market,municipal government’s main measures and the (?) problems. Lastly,by comparing with the behavior patterns of the developed countries such as the US, UK and Japan,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the promotion of Nanjing’s human resources market.
