The Study On Transfer Pattern Of Rural Land And Efficiency In Taojiang County

The transfer of rural land is the main way to optimize rural land resources distribution, innovate rural production management mechanism and realize farmers’ sustainable income increase. The innovation and exploration of the transfer pattern of rural land have great influence on sustainability of land transfer and improvement of land output benefit.Recently, with the constant development and innovation of rural land transfer and transfer pattern, five main transfer pattern of land have been formed in Taojiang county:land trust, land management rights shares cooperatives, attracting investment, professional investors and companies&farmers. The article conducted the research on the transfer pattern of land from the following two different aspects:Theory discussion:It firstly analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the five transfer patterns and combined with the research method of typical cases to do a case analysis on all transfer patterns. The result showed that the transfer pattern in land trust is the best.Benefit analysis:It firstly used Analytic hierarchy process and Matlab8.1software to deal with the original data from practical field survey, then conducted a comparative on the five transfer patterns from economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit and in the end, took use of SPSS21.0software to examine the result of Analytic hierarchy process. The result of benefits turned out that land management rights shares cooperatives has the best comprehensive benefit and the next is land trust.Through combining with the results of theory analysis, benefit comparison and the local economic conditions, etc, it has come to a conclusion that land management rights shares cooperatives is the best and the next is land trust. Therefore, when choosing transfer pattern, the two patterns can be greatly popularized.
