At the beginning of twentieth century, the concept of corporate social responsibility produced in western capitalist countries. Compared with western countries, the research on corporate social responsibility in China started late. But since 2006, as the Chinese government actively promoting, it entered a rapid development stage. By the end of 2014, there are 1526 companies issued CSR reports in China. Many companies have established departments of social responsibility, put the social responsibility into the enterprise strategic management.A shopping mall in DS as a wholly owned subsidiary of the group, is "the largest and highest grade, the most complete function, the most brand one-stop boutique department store" in Anshan area. This paper selects A shopping mall as the research object, the fulfillment of the social responsibility of the enterprise as a case study. This article firstly elaborated the current situation of A shopping mall in corporate social responsibility, performance growth, integrity management, production safety, protection of the rights and interests of employees, protection of the rights and interests of consumers, green marketing, retail, energy saving, low carbon donation nine aspects, the corporate social responsibility performance is analyzed. Then taking corporate social responsibility evaluation standard of the People’s Republic of China as an evaluation standard theory, from the legal and moral, honest and trustworthy, quality and safety of consumers’ rights and interests, the interests of employees, energy and environment, harmonious community, responsibility management, summarizes and analyzes A shopping mall to fulfill corporate social responsibility experience, find out the existing deficiencies and give reasonable suggestions.The purpose of this paper is to set a good example for other enterprises, especially the reference template for other retail enterprises, to enhance the social responsibility level of China’s retail industry as a whole, and promote local economic and social development, promote the construction of harmonious society.
