| Since corporate social responsibility is put forward in the 20th century,after a fierce argument and the practice of corporate social responsibility research,corporate social responsibility has become the trend of The Times by the corporate social responsibility movement,especially the 1990 s,The concept of corporate social responsibility is introduced to developing countries gradually,For labor-intensive enterprises in China,,Labor rights and interests become the short board of international competition,Many Chinese coastal enterprises have been checked from the corporate social responsibility standards SA8000,SA8000 standard and industry code of practice make the protection of the rights and interests of laborers to be the core of corporate social responsibility.At present,a large number of migrant workers in China,a large number of front-line workers in enterprises for migrant workers,migrant workers has become the main force of enterprise workers,but their wages and work environment is not optimistic,many companies such as wages Low level of wages,arrears of wages,frequent accidents and other safety problems,serious damage to the rights and interests of migrant workers,and academia on the protection of migrant workers’ rights and interests are mainly concentrated in the government and the legal system level,few scholars standing on corporate social responsibility This paper discusses the problem of migrant workers’ rights and interests from the perspective of corporate social responsibility,with a view to guaranteeing the rights and interests of migrant workers from a different perspective to do a little Mianbaozhili.The article is divided into five parts:Firstly,the paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of corporate social responsibility and the rights and interests of migrant workers,summarizes the research results at home and abroad,and finds the shortcomings of existing research.Secondly,On the basis of mastering existing research,this paper defines the two core concepts of "corporate social responsibility" and "migrant workers’ rights",and discusses the theory of stakeholder and social contract theory in the theory of corporate social responsibility,and provides the theoretical basis for the study of the rights and interests of migrant workers.In the third part,The status quo of migrant workers ’rights and interests in enterprises was analyzed by issuing and collecting questionnaires,it is found that the protection of migrant workers’ rights and interests has long problems such as long working time,low labor contract signing rate,low participation rate,lack of proper settlement of labor disputes and few vocational skills training.And the individual differences of migrant workers’ rights and interests were analyzed by using chi-square test.The fourth part,this paper analyzes the factors that restrict the social responsibility of migrant workers from the three levels of enterprises,migrant workers themselves and government.The fifth part,standing on the angle of corporate social responsibility,put forward the countermeasures of protecting the rights and interests of migrant workers. |
