With the increasingly fierce competition, the key for companies to establish competitive advantage has changed from the first profit source and the second profit source which is made by saving costs of materials and raising labor productivity to the third profit source which is made by establishing an effective and efficient supply chain. Although the establishment and management of supply chain is being paid more and more attention, there is a big gap between the supply chain systems in local companies and that in international companies. From the Angle of a single enterprise, is refers to the upstream or downstream enterprises through improved supply chain relationships, integrating and optimizing the flow of information in a supply chain, logistics, cash flow, in order to obtain competitive advantage of enterprise. In today’s high-speed development and the change of economic environment, a supermarket should learn and understand more about the knowledge supply chain information. Good supply chain management can bring considerable competitive advantage to the supermarket, to be able to provide more and better products, better service, in order to gain as much market share, achieve lower costs, more such gains to the company the rights and interests of stakeholders.
