With the popularization of the internet and the rapid development of information technology, network marketing has become one of the most important marketing modes of budget hotel under the age of the internet. The facing problem to budget hotel is how to continuously explore more reasonable and effective ways of network marketing with the developing and mature internet thinking under the infinite possibilities network era. The present situation of budget hotel network marketing and strategy research provides developing ideas of network marketing for budget hotel. And it also provides reference for budget hotel on the development of network marketing. This not only promotes the rapid development of budget hotel in the Internet Age, but also has great significance of promoting the development of the whole hotel industry.This thesis investigates senior managers, junior managers, frontline employees and consumers from budget hotels by using literature method, questionnaire method and interview method with the perspective of developing budget hotel network marketing. The survey’s purpose is to understand the present situation of budget hotel network marketing in our country, and then analysis the main problems existing in the current budget hotel network marketing. Finally, the thesis puts forward seven strategies about developing network marketing of budget hotel based on the survey above.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is introduction, which introduces the research background, research significance, research review, research technical route and research methods; The second part is the theoretical foundation of budget hotel networking market. This part, firstly, introduces the concept and characteristics of budget hotel, secondly, puts forward the concept and characteristics of network marketing, and then compares with the traditional marketing, thirdly, expounds the theoretical foundation of budget hotel network marketing; The third part is the present situation of budget hotel network marketing, which objectively understands the present situation of budget hotel network marketing, and extracts the main problems of budget hotel network marketing through the survey to relevant staff and consumers from the sample budget hotels; The fourth part is the strategy of budget hotel network marketing. This part is based on the survey of the present situation of budget hotel network marketing in the third part, and then puts forward seven strategies: set up correct concept of network marketing, make scientific network marketing plan, establish reasonable network marketing system, build high-quality network marketing team, maintain the safety of hotel network marketing, improve the quality of customer relationship management, perfect performance evaluation system of network marketing. The whole part is the focus of this thesis; The fifth part expounds the research conclusion, innovation, disadvantages and the future prospects.
