With the continuous change, m aternal and child supplies indus try competition environment of the national fe rtility policy and network platform technology rapid update, many maternal and child supplie s wholesale and retail channe ls would have to expand to the electronic comm erce platform, related products in network marketing. Between maternal and child supplies wholesale retailers will have to shift the battlefield from line to line, on the Internet platform maternal and child supplies dealers is a white hot competition. The implementation of network marketing strategy is the key to influence the competitive advantage of the maternal and child supplies dealers, is the priority among priorities.This study is the ADL Industry Co Ltd(thesis referred to simply as ADL company) to the network marketing strategy of m aternal and child supplies as object, take the market marketing theory, the marketing of the netw ork, the company planning and other related theory as the research foundation, and for a brief description of the network marketing tool, the effective combination of 4P, 4C, 3R marketing strategy as the the main content of ADL company network marketing strategy.In order to prom ote the ADL maternal a nd infant products to obtain the m aximum benefit in the electronic commerce platform, according to ADL company’s related sales data and day Ca t mall users purchase evaluation, an alysis, determine the key point of the development direction of ADL company and sales promotion. In order to im prove the current transformation of cat m all ADL store rate as th e focus, the analys is of ADL company network marketing the existing problems in the Department of maternal and child supplies sales network in. According to the co mprehensive application of marketing theory in the electronic commerce p latform, research of ADL company at this period of the existing problems, summed up the im provement of com pany ADL maternal and child supplies network marketing strategy, comprehensive performance is to enhance the store conversion rate as the center, build since the full marketing brand strategy at the appropriate time.
