With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the demand for electricity and requirements are higher and higher.Power transmission and transformation project as the main content of power grid construction in the development of faster updates.Therefore, vigorously developing power transmission and transformation project economic evaluation will be particularly important.Under the condition of the background, study the economic benefits of power transmission and transformation engineering construction project evaluation, to enhance management level of the power transmission and transformation project of similar projects in China has important practical significance.This article takes the jianghai power transmission and transformation project as the background, research power transmission and transformation project comprehensive benefit evaluation.First introduces the background and significance of topics, through the consult literature, system analysis and the research status of project comprehensive evaluation at home and abroad, secondly, introduces the method of related comprehensive evaluation theory, combining the characteristics of the power transmission and transformation project and the characteristic of the benefit evaluation, uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and comprehensive benefit evaluation of the project;Again, this paper introduces the power transmission and transformation engineering construction scale and analyses the characteristics of engineering construction, and then from technology, economic benefits and social benefits, saving energy and reducing consumption four aspects to analyze the project research, and on this basis, build a comprehensive evaluation index system of the project;Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight of each index, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of selecting a comprehensive evaluation of benefit of power transmission and transformation project evaluation evaluation results as well, based on the results of analysis, reflected the mooring jianghai power transmission and transformation project, the feasibility of the project and has the good economic efficiency, accord with the requirement of saving energy and reducing consumption at the same time.This topic research on power project decision-making, and to promote power engineering project provides a scientific basis, but also the comprehensive benefit evaluation of the corresponding power engineering project has a certain reference significance.
