Abstract/Summary:
Career management started in the 1960 s and is one of the important contents of human resource management in modern enterprises.Through the management of employees’ career,the organization understands their career development wishes and interests,and helps employees to formulate career planning and development goals.So as to achieve a balance between the human resource needs of enterprises and the development needs of employees’ career,so as to align the career goals of employees with the development goals of the organization,and finally realize the development strategy of enterprises.Based on career management theory and human resource management theory,this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation of career management in SD company.With SD company staff career management system as the background,the system the method of comparative analysis and the actual case study analysis,SD is discussed from the perspective of organization staff career management model and has carried on the preliminary build.In SD company’s existing organizations,on the basis of demand analysis,this paper introduces the system of career and development of organization strategic direction of the gap,the goals of employee career development system,the SD company’s organizational development strategy as the main basis,to build the organization career management system,so as to provide reliable resources for employees’ career development and effective way,Achieve the win-win goal of the enterprise and employees.In study of SD company staff career management system process,the company in the employee’s career management practice has been the success of some advanced methods of management and the system shall be maintained.In SD to planning in the process of company management system architecture,the conclusion of this paper can for SD company’s strategy and human resource decision makers to provide the reference and reference opinions,also can be the employee’s individual career management for the company to provide theory basis.
