Research On Substation Project Life Cycle Cost Management At JC Power Company

For a long time, JC supply companies in the new substation engineering project, are based on the way the whole process of cost management, controlling costs only during construction, but in the process of building the substation, we found that the cost of the substation project is not limited to in construction costs, as well as a large part of the future costs, including operation, maintenance and retirement costs incurred. How to build a complete system for substation project cost effective control, how to present the mature LCC cost management theory and substation project cost management, and is the main problem of this paper.This paper goes deep into analyzing the life cycle cost management (LCCM) of electric substation construction projects.
