Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s national economy and overall national strength growing, competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce. Companies who succeed in this highly competitive environment in the long-term sustainable development, must realize its leaps and bounds. In the development of enterprises, adequate talent supply is a necessary condition. Talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises, and the enterprises can own the competition factors only by attaching great importance to qualified personnel, developing a high-level and high-quality personnel.In recent years, a new type of personnel hiring mode-dispatch system appeared on the market, which not only provided talent fresh blood for the enterprise, but also created new jobs for the long-vacant on the labor market situation. It can be described as double-edged sword, but we must know that a series of questions hidden behind it.Based on the concepts of dispatch and human resources management theory, the paper studied on the NB enterprises affiliated State Grid Corporation of the primary power supply enterprises, The paper started from management situation of dispatch in NB enterprises, made a brief on the organizational structure and the way the labor dispatch system of primary power supply enterprise NB. Then based on analyzing the patch system employee data, the paper put forward a series of problems existing in the system of employee management services, and research on the dispatch staff human resources management system by using scientific tools and methods. Developed and managed the dispatch staff human resources from improving career path, ameliorating income distribution system, and completing performance appraisal system and so on. It is significant for improving the company’s human resources management, enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and promoting leapfrog development.
