Study On A Power Supply Company’s Ethical Issues Of Labor Dispatch

This paper studies A Power Supply Company’s ethical issues of labor dispatch, expects to find out the ethical problems in labor dispatch management, analyzes it from the perspective of human resource management ethics and provides effective solutions.This paper analyzes the ethical problems of A Power Supply Company and the causes of labor dispatch management through questionnaires, puts forward the general principles of ethics which labor dispatch management should follow by combining with the actual situation of the company, and provides the following4solutions:strengthening the ideological foundation of ethical management through enhancing the managers’and employees’ ethical quality; establishing the ethical system and form ethical management rules and regulations; establishing effective ways of labor dispatch management by taking advanced western experience, implementing ethical caring, and using ethical incentive scheme; optimizing the social environment of ethical management by paying much attention to labor dispatch legislation and regulatory.The result of this paper provides guideline for solving different problems existing in A Power Supply Company and other companies that adopt labor dispatch, it also helps the company construct harmonious labor relationship, encourages the employees and company to achieve common development.
