In the increasingly competitive economic environment, the competition between the enterprises is gradually transformed into the talent competition. Recruitment as the first part of talent for, by the enterprises more and more attention. In a sense, whether to recruit qualified personnel for the future of enterprise sustainable development is of great significance. Reasonable recruitment can rapidly improve the quality of employees of enterprises, improve employee hierarchy, inject new vitality to the development of the enterprise, thus make the enterprise gain competitive advantage in the fierce competition in the market. And the enterprise in human resources recruitment is there are all kinds of risk, if processes is not good, will lead to huge loss for the enterprise.
