| With the rapid development of China over the past 30 years, many enterprises from different areas are remarkably increasing in number and scale, which makes the enterprises in fierce competition. At present, the world economy is in continued depression, and the enterprises are facing serious challenge in the idea of capital management, mode, and ways of risk controlling. The problem that how to improve the level of capital management is now becoming the urgent issue for many enterprises, especially for those private enterprises which has bad basis on the financial management.Capital is the life of enterprises and whether enterprises can run continuously or not depends on the flow of the capital. Besides, the capital management is the nucleus of financial management. Studying on the construction of capital management has significant meaning in preventing the financial risks, improving the efficiency of capital-using and making sure that enterprises run in benign circulation. In this thesis, the construction process of JK capital management is analysed with the basic theories of capital management and risk controlling used including its application in real case and the modal comparisons between different groups, which visually embodies the issue analysis, project design and construction method. At the same time, hoping to provide a referential idea for the construction of capital management in large and medium groups through making a conclusion about this study process. |
