| With the development of global economy and perfection of market economy, theenterprise group organization is more and more widely used. Besides, a lot of big groupshave been built up. However, in terms of fund management, it needs to be improved andthere exists many problems. Firstly, it uses the funds dispersed and the efficiency of fundsis low. Secondly, it can·t have a efficient way to control its subsidiary company. Last butnot at least, the outdated management skill lead to information disjection and it is hard toprovide the information for scientific decision.Nowadays, the concentration of capital control is one of the important means to carryout the management of the enterprise group. Financial companies are established for thepurpose of reinforcing capital controlling. They are nonbank financial organizationsoffering financial management services for the member companies of enterprise groups. Ithas the advantage of being dependent, being big scale and stand ruling. Therefore, researchon fund centralized management of enterprise group under the finance company hassignificant value in China for strengthening enterprise financial management andpromoting the development of enterprise groups.In this paper, I choose the methods of the combination of theoretical analysis and casestudy. Firstly, it takes a brief review of the literature, introducing the backgrounds, thetheoretical basis and the modes of financial management, especially the finance companymode, and it points out that finance company is the ideal mode of fund centralizedmanagement of enterprise. Secondly, I analyze the benefits and disadvantages of fundcentralized control after enterprise group adopts finance company mode based on the studyof fund centralized control in Chuangyuan group. Finally, based on the case study, this paper provides some advice for the process of fund centralized management. I suppose thispaper can offer some useful theory to some extent for fund centralized management. |
