Study On The Problems Of Capital Centralized Management Of JN Enterprise Group

With the continuous development of our country's economy,the enterprise scale is also expanding,more and more companies gradually become a group,including many companies.And the parent companies with subsidiaries becomes popular.However,the road of development always have problems.For example,the deeper management structures and the long capital chain make the management become more difficult,the allocation of resources is also difficult to achieve optimization.Capital as the root of the enter:prise operation,how to improve the service efficiency of funds has become the important subject,and fund management has become the key.And in order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,how to effectively manage the money has become the top priority of the enterprise group today.Through continuous exploration by these years,we found that the capital for centralized management can effectively improve the utilization rate of funds in advance to avoid financial risk,and reduce the cost of financing.At present,most large corporation groups choose centralized management of capital.This paper introduces the principle,content and model of the centralized capital management.And the author discusses the meaning and the necessity of enterprise group capital centralized management.Through reviewing the relevant literature,the author analyzes the real case of JN Group Enterprise.This paper introduces the present situation of J-N Enterprise Group capital management,analyzing its existing problems,and explore the causes of those problems,and find out how to solve them.In this thesis,through the analysis of the fund management mode of large-scale enterprise in China,finds the problems in the cash management,and from the internal financing,reduce financing costs,achieve economic structure optimization and upgrading enterprise,realize the optimal allocation of resources,enhance the risk resistance ability of the enterprise,etc,and gives the advices,in order to improve the market competitiveness of large enterprise groups in our country,in order to our helping enterprise group's fund management and the development of enterprise group.
