Analysis On The Impact Of Shanxi Province Consumer Behavior To The Construction Of Agricultural Product Quality And Safety System

With the improvement of the people’s life, the number of agricultural products cannot satisfy the consumers’demand for agricultural products, and consumers pay more and more attention to the choice of quality and safety of agricultural products. In recent years, the international and domestic events about the quality and safety of agricultural products have happened frequently,and agricultural products quality and safety problem has become the focus of people all over the world.This article is about the research of agricultural product quality safety problems mainly from the perspective of consumers.It summarise the present certification of agricultural products in Shanxi Province and analyses the agricultural problems in the process of the construction of agricultural products,especially from the process of the certification of the agricultural products by comparing the date. It has carried on the questionnaire survey for the consumers of Taiyuan city and Xiaoyi city, for consumers to purchase the behavior of certification of agricultural products and the influence factors are analyzed, and summarized the present stage of agricultural products in Shanxi Province and certification, and through the data analysis to our country agricultural product quality safety construction related Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.Through the study of this article, the government and enterprises should not only improve the management level of quality and safety of agricultural products.They must strengthen the propaganda of products to consumers.Consumers have to strengthen their safety consciousness on the quality of agricultural products and superbise the behavior of the goverment and manufacturers. The government of Shanxi Province must strengthen the construction of agricultural product quality and safety through the certification of agricultural products.
