Research Of Operational Mechanism Of Hunan Farmers Specialized Cooperatives

Farmer cooperatives, a new type of agricultural management forms, refers the operators of similar agricultural products or the similar service providers of agricultural production and operation share mutual economic organization and democratic management based on the family contract management in rural area. In order to realize the integration between farmers, rural areas and the market better, and to make agricultural economy continue to specialization, commercialization, and modernization, the farmer professional cooperatives in Hunan Province in recent years has been rapidly developed. The quantity and the scale have increased significantly, the radiation surface is expanding with a good momentum of development. But at the same time, because of un-perfect rural financial system, small development scale, regional differences, industry unbalanced development, the lack of scientific management and other issues, the farmer professional cooperatives in Hunan Province show cooperatives operating difficulties, disorder of profit distribution, high financing cost and abnormal capital shortage, resulting in the farmer professional cooperatives difficult to play its normal function in the operation of the process. Furthermore, it is not conducive to the efficient operation of farmer professional cooperatives, and seriously hinders the organization to further strengthen and expand.In order to explore the operation mode and effective mechanism of farmer professional cooperatives, using the farmer cooperative in Hunan Province as an example, and the pig farmer professional cooperative as a case, the operation mechanism of farmer cooperatives in Hunan Province are systematically studied based on the trust perspective of the farmers. According to the field research of four representative farmer professional cooperative areas (Shaoyang, Ningxiang, Xiangtan, Chenzhou)in Hunan Province, we collected a large number of first-hand materials and data, and deeply analyze the theory, development status, operation mode and operation mechanism of the farmers professional cooperative in detail, further find out the problems existing in the operation mechanism, and propose the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, providing the scientific material and theoretical references for the sustainable and healthy development of farmers professional cooperative in Hunan province and even in whole nation.
