In order to meet the increasingly fierce competition environment, enterprise gradually uses lean production mode in short period, many varieties, small batch production characterized by mixed flow. Lean logistics can adapt to lean production and manage enterprise’s material flow, information flow and labors to send the qualified products to destination according to correct number. So, it makes sense to study on lean production logistics system.In the case of L Company which starting from the company operating status. To do an analysis to put forward two major problems existing in the current logistics management in the company according to the construction of production planning model as the main line of the lean logistics to promote six module structures. The one is that material ordering strategy is unreasonable high inventory. Another one is that distribution patterns and distribution route lack of system planning lead to distribution chaos and inefficient. Therefore, the thesis does study on inventory controlling and distribution as lean logistics.1. Material inventory controlling:Under the premise of the material requirements planning is made, to do the ABC classification according to the value and raw materials. Setting zero out of stock., to build a model as inventory cost minimum principle to calculate and analytic material of A, B and C. Defining the order strategy of material according to the results. In the end, using the lowest inventory and management cost to afford flowing production.2. Distribution way:In the premise of continuous flow production, classifies materials according to the shape feature. According to the principle of distribution efficiency is highest, determining the piece of all kinds of material flow, sets and two cases of distribution.3. Distribution route:According to the principle of uninterrupted, not around, do not go back, don’t wait, determining the different category material optimal distribution route. Review of article is discussing about the theory of logistics how to do in the enterprise of manufacturing companies. To know how to use lean logistic, build and run lean logistics system to form technical standards. This will make more contributions to improve lean logistics.
