| With more and more manufacturing companies to push lean method. It is important that corporate human resource concern the lean methods about reduce wastes base on ensuring the normal operation of the front-line staff. How human resource allocate with scientific and effective methods according to the characteristics of production line is an important issue which need to be solved. In this paper study, through the scientific and efficient allocation of production line personnel, increase effective work time, multi-processes production and break effectively motivate employees and focus on front-line employees to improve production efficiency and save cost.Based on configuration as the research focus on lean thinking and theory. Then combine with the practical of F manufacturing company. Through literature research, case analysis, the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to explore the main factors which affect the production line employees issues, as well as the allocation of lean improvement solutions. The results show that:It is important that lean system built into the overall lean philosophy and people-oriented culture.One of the key factors to realize lean configuration is need to focus on production line employees and training. Set up a system of culture and able to motivate staff, respect for employees, build a rising platform. Improve the training mechanism, establishment of cross-training and pluripotent workers certification system.Using mathematical model and modern information technology, scientific measurement and configuration of production line, transition from extensive to the lean, to reduce waste to a great extent. |
