Along with the acceleration of the urbanization in China, the construction assumes heavy tasks. At the same time, a large quantity of construction enterprises have been reformed to the private ones, whose development requires the support of excellent human resources. It is necessary for the enterprises to develop the personnel education and training to foster the right employees they need.Insisting on the principle of linking theory with practice and based on the elaboration of the training theory of modern enterprise human resources, the thesis took the personnel training system of Shandong LB Construction Group as object to research, by the connection of quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, theory analysis with practice analysis, illustration analysis with data analysis. Using the modern human resources theory to analyse the practice in the training of this enterprise, the author pointed out the deficiencies exsisting in the training system of Shandong LB Construction Group, which include the insufficiency of training fee, the vacancy of professional training institution and teachers, the low quality of traing, the vacancy of training way for high-rank employees, the lack of clear aim and complete traing system and the effective assesment system. The author also spotted the sources of the deficiencies, for example, there is a lot of shortcomings in the training of enterprises led by government, the vacancy of self-promotion culture in enterprise, the lack of pressure and motivation for the personnels to take training and the high-rank administrators failed to set a good exmaple for the common employees. Based on the deficiencies and the exsisting training system, the author in the thesis provided new training plan for the enterprise, which is a complete plan for high and middle rank administrators, project managers, five type construction workers (budget makers,construction workers,quality controllers,safety workers and material workers) technicians, professionals, with the training idea permeating in the whole thesis.The author also gave his own suggestion on the related requirements for the execution of the training plan and the points which should be paid attention to. The plan provided in the thesis is a comparatively complete system for enterprise personnel training.The training plan provided by this thesis is suitable for the large and mid-sized private enterprises, which can be taken as a guide for the personnel training of private construction enterprises in Shandong Provinces.
