In twentieth Century,90years later, in the world of international competition in themarket, the survival and development of Chinese enterprises are facing enormous challenges,the enterprise must constantly improve their overall performance in order to ensure thesurvival and development, and the overall performance must be systematic and scientificmanagement to achieve the establishment, through strategic planning decomposition of goalsto accomplish to contribute to the overall performance, through the realization of eachemployee’s individual performance.Therefore, how to establish a suitable enterprise performance management system is thefocus of our study in practical work. Performance management is still in the trial stage inmost enterprises in China, is still in the process of preliminary understanding, to grasp thisconcept for many professionals, what is for other people, performance management, willhave any effect on business management is still blank.The paper is to study the added value, improve customer satisfaction, meticulousmanagement, improve the organization innovation ability proposition from the start toimprove enterprise economy, enhance the organization’s overall performance level, realizethe enterprise’s long-term strategic development. The article on the case of Shenyangchemical Limited by Share Ltd as the main basis, through the theory and enterpriseperformance management is now mature practice, using the method of system analysis,empirical analysis and normative analysis, highlighting the basic norms, in accordance withthe logic of the trilogy, the gradual completion of the questions, problems, solving problemsthrough the analysis steps, a detailed analysis of examples, to solve the existing problems.On the basis of comprehensive analysis, combined with the theories of performancemanagement, combined with the actual production and operation of enterprises, theintroduction of the balanced scorecard, determine the performance evaluation factors andevaluation of enterprises, select key performance indicators, performance managementsystem design. This paper introduces the analysis of the performance in the course ofperformance appraisal, reflects the important role of the system of performance managementsystem, reflected in the performance evaluation.
