With the continuous development of China’s economy, as the pillar of the national economic typeof state-owned economic growth is slowing, in order to promote the growth of economy of small andmedium-sized enterprises in the national economy is more and more prominent in the position, in orderto further development of foreign economic relations, small and medium enterprises as soon as possiblego out of the Chinese market, and face the international market. Now we face another requirements ofimproving our marketing skills, this article is mainly due to the change of the market, face the marketmarketing, and improve the foreign market share, and select the foreign agents and establish theassessment program of agents, through the SWOT, Maslow’s demand analysis, the principles ofmanagement, marketing, agent selection method to determine the agent management, motivation,evaluation of specific operation method, this paper highlight Quantifies the qualitative managementmethods, small and medium-sized enterprises can easily choose the agent, and manager with scientificdata management, and application of scientific management method of judgments, analysis and makedecision.Through the management methods of agent, I found that positive supplier and agent sales policy, isbeneficial to improve the product’s market share in foreign markets, and through the selection andevaluation of agents, is advantageous to the enterprise to choose the best agents, it provides a goodfoundation for the enterprise, and build solid foundation for brand of products in foreign markets.
