Research On JS International Logistics Company's Overseas Agent Selection

With the continuous development of international trade,the international logistics industry across countries or regions presents a growing trend.With the increase of international business volume and the continuous improvement of international logistics efficiency requirements,higher requirements are put forward for the business processing capacity of international logistics companies.Selecting an effective overseas agent becomes an important basis for the development of international logistics companies.With the continuous development of China's trade and the prosperity of international logistics industry,domestic logistics companies need more and more overseas agents.Choosing overseas agent cooperation is a market-oriented behavior made by international logistics companies based on cost optimization and risk aversion,which improves the efficiency of business development through cooperation with overseas agents.In this process,how to choose the appropriate overseas agent is All domestic and international logistics companies need to face the problems,so it is necessary to study an effective overseas agent selection evaluation system to improve the scientific decision-making.This paper takes JS international logistics company's overseas agency selection as the research object,mainly doing the following work: first,systematic theoretical analysis,combing the relevant research at home and abroad,defining the relevant concepts involved in the research,elaborating the risk management theory and transaction cost theory;second,JS international logistics company's overseas agency status and existing problems analysis;third,JS international logistics company's overseas agency status and problems analysis The selection and evaluation index construction of the agent,the influencing factors of the selection of JS international logistics company's overseas agent,the selection principle of the evaluation index,and finally the five dimensions of logistics resources,price index,corporate culture,information system,and knowledge index are selected as the evaluation system;the fourth is empirical analysis.Firstly,the evaluation index is determined by AHP On the basis of the index weight value of the middle layer and the bottom layer of the system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the alternative overseas agent partners,and the corresponding conclusions are obtained;fifthly,the analysis of countermeasures and suggestions,according to the theoretical analysis,current situation analysis and empirical analysis results of this paper,effective suggestions are put forward for the selection of JS international logistics company's overseas agents.On the basis of the above work,this paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)in terms of current situation and problems,JS international logistics company has 67 overseas agents,including 27 agents in South Korea,only one agent in Myanmar and other countries.At present,JS international logistics company's overseas agent selection problems include: unclear selection criteria of overseas agents,deep cooperation of overseas agents;(2)In terms of the evaluation index system weight,the final index weight results are: international logistics service ability,cost control ability,cooperation attitude,information update and transmission ability,bargaining ability,designated goods situation,information quality assurance,service awareness,knowledge ability,knowledge In terms of transfer ability and cultural compatibility,overall,international logistics service ability,cost control ability,cooperation attitude and information update and transmission ability are the most important factors;(3)in terms of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,overseas agent E is most likely to be "very good",so JS international logistics company should choose overseas agent E;(4)in terms of countermeasures and suggestions,JS international logistics company is recommended The company improves the effectiveness of overseas agent selection and the depth of cooperation with overseas agents.
