Study On YX International Logistics CO.,LTD's FLSP Evaluation And Selection

The international logistics service supply chain(ILSSC)takes international logistics service integrators(ILSI)as the core to integrate the single or many international logistics services of functional logistics service providers(FLSP)to complete the international logistics operation of the products.Any supply node error in the international logistics service supply chain will affect the overall operation efficiency of the international logistics service supply chain.The supply chain of international logistics service involves many subjects,many links,high complexity and high risk.The appropriate evaluation and selection of FLSP can prevent suppliers from supply risk,such as default risk,supply quality risk,and FLSP two-way choice risk.This paper studies the status and existing problems of the FLSP evaluation and selection of YX international logistics company,and constructs a complete FLSP evaluation and selection mechanism in ILSSC by using the supply positioning model,analytic hierarchy process and other related theories and methods,in order to improve the efficiency of ILSSC operation and reduce the operating risk of YX international logistics company.It provides valuable analysis,and provides reference for FLSP evaluation and selection optimization in ILSSC for other types of international logistics enterprises.It is helpful for international logistics enterprises to carry out the upstream design and construction of logistics service supply chain,to evaluate the FLSP efficiently and scientifically,Select the appropriate FLSP to improve the logistics service level and to improve the international logistics.The competitiveness of enterprises' logistics service speeds up the pace of integrating China's international logistics industry into the global supply chain.
