In the era of high technology changing rapidly, the market competition increasinglyintenses, medium and small enterprises all have felt the change.The traditional way to relysolely on financial data and other methods to evaluate the company’s operation andmanagement assessment was adopted.Because it has already could not adapt to the currentmarket environment, there must be a set of new performance management system, with fullangle, multi analysis of the performance management system of the company. The balancedscorecard emerges as the time requires.BSC is a method with existing of restriction andbalance between relative data of each index which is used to practice strategy ofenterprises.The interaction between the results and motivation series, financial andnon-financial, long-term and short-term indexes are the main parameters.So BSC can reflect acompany from every angle.This thesis resolves the strategy of H company to every staffs andmakes out a new performance management based on the real condition of H companyaccording to the theory of BSC.This thesis, according to the real condition of H company,analysises the company fromits top layers to bottom layers and checks out the motivations to increase its performance.Thenit analysises the logical relations between each motivation and makes out indexes to checkand evaluate the performance of H company,ensuring the indexes will reflect the managementof H conmpany from all of the angles and the increasement of its performance.BSC can avoidthe old management too simplify to reflect the strategy of H company from the emergence anddevelopment angels. This thesis also uses the AHP to calculate the weight of each indexes. Atthe same time, this thesis makes out the BSC of three layers from the company, department, toemployee to improve the management system of H company,and makes out the scheme ofperformance assessment and the method to reward emplees.Finally this thesis analysises the trouble which it will face to put the BSC into practiceand puts forward the methods to resolve the problems of H company.And expounds themethods to fuse BSC into enterprise culture of H company. At the same time this thesis putsforward the feasible reference for other enterprises to improve their performance managementmode.
