In order to survive in the fierce competition and development,companies have also increased the attention to human resources management,especially in human resource management for the concept of performance management of special attention on key discussion and,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise itself.How to make the enterprise performance management system can give full play to motivate the employees' performance and potential,and be able to with other modules in human resource management such as staff recruitment,staff training,employee relationship management,the company rules and regulations and enterprise culture and enterprise long-term development strategy and so on,this is a very meaningful and extremely far-reaching influence the subject.This paper selected the research object,company A is a foreign production and processing of glass insulator products enterprises wholly owned subsidiary in China.So for years,due to the talent market competition environment,the influence of severe and enterprise internal employee performance management system is not sound internal causes,such as internal employees in the company started in the condition of high loss.Therefore,based on the analysis of the enterprise internal personnel composition as well as the current performance management present situation,based on the theory of performance management related knowledge,and refer to A number of performance management related literature and books,combined with the problems existing in the performance management of A company and the reason analysis,proposed in view of the employees in A company performance management should follow the basic thoughts and concrete countermeasures of improvement.Based on the related research achievements of the performance management theory knowledge,of company's performance management problems and the reasons of problems are analyzed and optimized.
