The Research On Improvement Program Of FU Company Manufacturing Management Process

In recent years, with the continually increasing of crude oil supply capacity and continually releasing of refining capacity, the refined oil market has shown a trend of oversupply. The oil enterprises tend to be more competitive. This requires enterprises to change the original extensive management mode, strengthen the process control, and obtain benefits from the management.In this background, this paper cuts into the research from the perspective of manufacturing management process, under the guidance of lean production theory, on the basis of the theory of process management method, and in-depth analyses the current situation of the production management process of FU company, the existing problems and the causes of those problems. In view of the problems, it puts forward the production management process improvement, meanwhile it gives the implementation steps and supporting scheme.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the background, significance, objects and methods of this research, and the basic framework of the paper. The second part offers overviews of the theory of lean production, and BPM theory. The third part analyses problems existing in the manufacturing management process of the FU company and the causes. The fourth part is the key of this paper, which mainly presents the process of improving design. The fifth part gives an account of program implementation and supporting scheme. The sixth part offers a summary and outlook of this paper.
