There is an old Chinese saying:for common people, nothing is more important than food. The catering industry is a pillar industry of the tertiary industry of China. Our country with a population of1.36billion, the catering industry market is huge, retail sales of catering market in China is as high as2.5392trillion RMB in2013, according to the trend of the development of catering industry in recent years, we can estimate that by the end of2020China’s total retail sales of catering market will reach7trillion RMB. Today, the pace of life and work is increasing with social advancements,Chinese’s eating habits is changing and fast-food industry has become a star of the catering industry.This Business Proposal starts with a general description of the company, and followed by its business operation model and staffing, which are based on a combination of the franchise experience and features of the white carrot snacks industry. Then,use the theory of strategic management, marketing management and financial management, analyze all aspects of the project in detail. This painting is not only for this project development blueprint, improve business confidence, but also to introduce venture investors to make, is helpful to raise funds.At first, this paper make a simple overview on three fast food project, then, from the perspective of the industry background, analyzes the overall development of catering market status and prospects; Through the PEST model and five model tool to analyze the industry internal and external environment, SWOT analysis tool, has been clear about the company’s own strengths, weaknesses and external environment of the opportunities, threats, determine the market competition strategy of the company. Later, from the Angle of financial management, the investment rate of return, net present value, investment payback period of financial tools, such as on the financial statements of the company’s future made correlation analysis and return on investment. Finally to the enterprise the analysis of existing risk identification in the process of operation and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.After a thorough and comprehensive analysis of all aspects as stated in this Proposal, we conclude that the project of Beef Offal Chain Shop has small business risks and high investment returns, and regard this project as feasible.
