Construction And Empirical Research Of Tianjin Listed Conpanies Financial Performance Index

With the rising of Binhai New Area’s strategic position in North China. Tianjin’s economy level has achieved great development in recent years. As a government department, understanding and grasping the overall situation of Tianjin area enterprises is the foundation to develop policies and strengthen the management. From the existing macro economic index, business climate index, the entrepreneur confidence index and the purchasing managers index can be reflected the situation of the enterprise development. However, the macro economic index that reflects the overall business performance of the enterprises is not much. Based on this, this article goes from the government point of view, with Tianjin listed Companies as representation, attempting to construct Tianjin listed companies financial performance index reflecting the overall business performance of Tianjin enterprises.In order to construct Tianjin listed companies financial performance index accurately, this paper is divided into the following steps:the first step, researching and explaining the enterprise performance evaluation theories; the second step, reviewing the method on the selecting model and weight distribution indicators. The indicators selection is mainly on the basis of the features of each indicator and the indicator system of performance evaluation on the current popular method. The weight distribution is based on the comparative analysis of different weighting methods, and selecting the final analytic hierarchy process as the weight assignment method; the third step, the construction of the indicator model. Making preprocessing and correlation analysis of all the indicators that have been selected above according to the principles of index selection, then establish the indicators the model need. According to the experts’evaluation of the importance about different types indicators, constructing judgment matrix to weights the indicators. Finally, integrating the model with the net assets of various enterprises, construct Tianjin listed companies financial performance index. The final step, using the financial data of Tianjin listed companies from2008to2012to evaluate the index model through the empirical.In summary, this paper is base on the theories and methods of enterprise performance evaluation, taking Tianjin’s listed Corporation for research samples, trying to build Tianjin listed companies financial performance index reflecting the enterprise whole management of Tianjin area through the index selection, weight distribution and the corresponding integration method. Exploring the advantages and defects of the index through empirical analysis and finally clearing the next research direction.
