In recent years,with the increasingly fierce global economic integration and market competition,M&A has become an important means for enterprises to realize scale expansion,optimize resource allocation and enhance competitiveness.Generally speaking,M&A performance is the criterion to measure whether a merger can create value for an enterprise and improve its performance.In addition,the selection of the method of evaluating M&A performance influences the results of the research on M&A performance to a certain extent.As an innovative strategic performance evaluation system,Balanced Score Card is a more realistic method.Based on this,this paper introduces Balanced Score Card evaluation tool to the enterprise M&A performance study,with home appliance giant QingDao Haier America famous home appliance brand GEA's classic case as the specific research object,by building the Balanced Score Card performance evaluation index system for the M&A acquisition activities to conduct a comprehensive study of QingDao Haier,and acquisition performance of QingDao Haier to make objective evaluation.In order to evaluate whether the QingDao Haier M&A performance comply with the purpose of the acquisition and development of enterprise strategy,and to provide after enterprise mergers and acquisitions activity in the multi-dimensional index evaluation tools,also for other want to mergers and acquisitions of companies provide instructional Suggestions and new ideas to M&A performance evaluation tools.M&A performance evaluation method based on the Balanced Score Card is divided into four dimensions,this paper found that the financial dimension,QingDao Haier's profitability index and operation capability index decline on the whole,the company after M&A integration of the fluctuations in a short period of time,the company total assets as a result of asset integration,increase sales and inventory turns,solvency ratio index is on the decline,assets and liabilities after the first increase,company mergers and acquisitions that has made the short-term debt paying ability affected by negative,growth ability index has soared after the merger,the company because of the synergistic effect,achieve the complementary resource,sales growth;In the customer dimension,the company's brand awareness and market share have been significantly improved,and the advantages of different businesses have improved the competitiveness of Haier in QingDao.In the internal process dimension,the management ability index of the company shows the trend of decreasing and rising before and after the merger,indicating that the management integration of GEA plays a better synergistic role.In the learning and growth dimension,on the one hand,the company increased year by year high-tech talent,for the development of cultivate good roads,on the other hand the company through the fusion of GEA r&d technology,the industry chain is more complete,more competitive.In addition to the Balanced Score Card performance evaluation method is also put forward the corresponding advice.When using the Balanced Score Card performance evaluation of enterprise M&A,should pay attention to the Balanced Score Card evaluation method of dynamics and improve the accuracy of the Balanced Score Card evaluation method.
