Research On Financial Support Of New-type Urbanization

New-type urbanization refers to adhere to the people-oriented, balanced to the principle of urban and rural, the city produced an interactive and harmonious development of the basic characteristics of urbanization. Meanwhile, China’s government proposed to accelerate the pace of new-type urbanization process in the five-year plan, and after two sessions in2014released the highly anticipated "national new-type urbanization plan (2014-2020)", which fully shows our commitment to the construction of new-type urbanization. In addition, China’s economic growth is slowing down the implementation of new-type urbanization strategy conducive to the expansion of the domestic market demand effectively promote the development of rural society and economy, become another growth point of China’s economy; while new-type urbanization is conducive to optimizing the allocation of resources, promote construction of a comprehensive well-off society; also narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, changing the inevitable choice of China’s dual economic structure. Therefore, accelerating the growth of new urban construction in China on China’s economy, to reach our goal of a comprehensive well-off society are of great significance. Finance is an important component of the modern economy, as well as the core of modern economy, and its function in the allocation of financial resources and fund-raising aspects of the play will be an important factor in promoting the construction of new-type urbanization in China. Therefore, this new type of urbanization expanded financial support for research through literature, theoretical and empirical method of combining, interdisciplinary analysis and other research methods.First, the new concept and connotation of urbanization were discussed, and the necessity of the new-type urbanization is discussed; simultaneously introduced the theory of financial development and urbanization. The Institute defined the theory used for the thesis provides a theoretical basis.Secondly, the analysis of the main construction of the current situation of China’s new-type urbanization process financial needs and financial needs, while depth discussion of the main supply and the supply of new financial status quo of China’s urbanization process in the present, the main supply major financial organizations and non-formal formal financial organizations, in-depth analysis of the current status of development of various financial institutions, and the role in the construction of new-type urbanization played. The analysis considers all types of financial institutions for the new-type urbanization of providing appropriate financial support, to a certain extent contributed to the construction of new-type urbanization, but the current financial support for the construction of new-type urbanization process there are still many difficulties, mainly in:inadequate infrastructure funding uptake; policy financial support urbanization and economic development is not obvious; lack of effectiveness allocation of financial resources, lack of credit support; four unhealthy financial environment and so on.Then, select the three new-type urbanization indicators (income urbanization, education, infrastructure) and three indicators of financial support (financial deepening, financial efficiency, financial structure), and select the six indicators1995-2012years of data as the original data, using Var model and gray relational analysis model for new-type urbanization in effect launched a financial support of empirical research. Var model using empirical results show that financial support for indicators of urbanization indicators support the existence of significant differences, but can also be seen that the financial support is not enough to become a significant new-type urbanization Granger causes. The empirical results did not achieve the desired results, then the value of the indicators to quantify the relationship between the gray relational analysis model, further validation of new-type urbanization effects of financial support. By gray correlation analysis model empirical results show that financial deepening, financial efficiency, financial structure and synthesis of new-type urbanization correlation, respectively, are associated with more than a degree above0.5, indicating that the new-type urbanization of relevance to above, the empirical findings are consistent with the results of test and Granger cointegration test, it can be considered empirical results of this study are accurate and acceptable.Finally, the financial support for the current plight of the new-type urbanization process still exists, and the empirical results presented enhanced financial support for new-type urbanization efforts countermeasures and suggestions, including the establishment of a diversified infrastructure financing; establish a multi-level capital market system, to encourage the development of private finance; optimize credit management, innovative credit products; further promote financial ecological environment construction.
