Kaifeng Propulsion Of Urbanization In The New Financial Support For Research

New-type urbanization advocates intensive,intelligent,green,low carbon,to fully promote industry integration and promote the sustainable and rapid development of urban and rural areas.Promoting the new urbanization,especially the human-centered new urbanization,is a new economic development momentum of China in the future.New urbanization needs a lot of money,but in terms of the development of financial industry now Kaifeng,commercial financial supports for urbanization are relatively small,policy-oriented financial credit have been unable to meet the demand of large funds.To explore how to finance new urbanization in Kaifeng,and to research the new financial support in urbanization propulsion of Kaifeng is imperative.In this paper,using the survey method,literature research,comparison research method,through the analysis of the existing research conclusion,made clear the connotation of the new type of urbanization in our country,analyzes the kaifeng new urbanization present situation and practical difficulties,financial support measures,and comparative study the experience of urbanization and financial support at home and abroad,put forward the financial support of kaifeng new path and policy Suggestions on the development of urbanization.Follow "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning outline",this paper is based on our country to push forward the reform of new urbanization and financial deepening big background,aiming at kaifeng status and financial support for the development of new type of urbanization problems,explore the match the coordinative paths of development and policy support.Has the high theory value and strong practical significance.This study has found that the overall level of new type urbanization development of Kaifeng is not high,the development difficulties embodied in land,income gap,on issues such as money and the environment,the financing and capital constraints is one of the most prominent and most need to urgently solve constraint.Kaifeng in advancing urbanization construction new financial support is not enough,there is the construction of infrastructure investment and financing efficiency is low,lack of investment and financing small and medium-sized enterprises,such as industrial and commercial development,industrialization of agricultural investment and financing imbalances in three main problems.For these three financing problems paper: in terms of finance,city infrastructure construction funding should be focused on using the PPP mode;Industrial and commercial sector development financing advocated by small loan companies,guarantee companies,Internet banking,financing lease and other ways the key support for small and medium-sized enterprises;Agricultural finance,rural credit cooperatives should be adopted,capital support,small loans and the way of Internet financial support of the intensification of rural cooperative economy;In addition to strengthening the financial product innovation,expanding the new model of consumer finance.In terms of its form a complete set of financial policy,to perfect the financial related laws and regulations;Establish a market-oriented financial system;To microfinance as the main body of the financial support policy;Urban and rural areas as a whole,comprehensive and balanced layout diversified financial services.This paper introduces these measures in order to eliminate the barriers in promoting the construction of the new urbanization of Kaifeng,and to make the coordinated development between the new urbanization construction and financial support in Kaifeng.
