This paper takes SJUY company sweater weaving project as the research object, analyses the sweater weaving status and existing problems of project quality control. The research is mainly focused on the quality control of process improvement, cause and effect diagram analysis, continual improvement process with PDCA circulation and quality’s economic research. This paper provides the instance for the quality control tools, methods, theory application in the sweater weaving project. It may serve for quality control of related projects as a reference. Improved the set-up of quality standards,5M1E, the establishment of the quality control process, production in time and quick process of sweater, and made a very good effect in the application of project228055. The defect rate was reduced by30.1%and the machine efficiency increased by3.05%.
