Research And Design Of Process Management System Of XG Company

Since the end of20th century, the master of management from the United States, Mr. Michael Hammer, put forward the concept of BPR, with the promotion and spread of Process Management Concept, Process has become one of the key factors of enterprise operation, and Process Management System Design is the core of the Process Management Execution. Therefore, to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise, it has become the top urgent task to establish and perfect a rapid responding Process Management System.This thesis is taking Process Management System Design as the study object, taking Process Optimization as the case study, with own research and literature retrieval, studies the design of Process Management System at XG Company, highlights the significant role of Process management System in satisfying customers’ needs.There are4main innovative points:(1) A new Process Management System is developed after analyzing existing problems at XG Company and by using ARIS Model. The new Process Management System synthesizes several management theories and methods, with certain integrity and scientificity, combines with the actual development and business model, makes the Process Management System with high operability;(2) One of the Model is analyzed thoroughly, taking the process of delivery from warehouse as example, identifies the key factors for on time delivery and accuracy;(3) Constitutes the knowledge hierarchy of Process Management, including process related SOP, position operation manual, regulation, formsheet and work instruction;(4) To establish an efficient Process Management System, it is necessary to have:high attention from leadership; the awareness of employees on process; the environment of the company; the stage of the company and the awareness of guarantee.It is very helpful for the enterprise to enhance the competitiveness by analyzing and probing into the method and process of Process Management System Designing. It could be used as the reference on Process Management for other enterprises in the industry.
